In fact, there is an MSXML ActiveX component which shipped with IE 4.0. It
works rather well and is a DOM implementation.

I'm using the "old" command-line msxsl processor from Microsoft, but I want
to integrate the process into VB. I've tried through a Shell process
running a batch file but I need a more integrated solution. Isn't there a
ActiveX component I could use. Any ideas?
