What is the root element of the result tree when using the formatting
object vocabulary? I note:
"A document can contain multiple basic-page-sequences. For example, each
chapter of a document could be a separate basic-page-sequence; this would
allow the chapter title within a header or footer."
So "basic-page-sequence" seems not to be the right answer.
