I know of two on-line validating parsers:
1. Richard Tobin's validating parser at
http://www.cogsci.ed.ac.uk/~richard/xml-check.html
2. The Scholarly Technology Group's XML validator at
http://www.stg.brown.edu/service/xmlvalid/.
The two function pretty consistently but there are reasons you might want
to use one over the other. For example, the STG validator (#2 above) can
accept as input XML simply typed into a text area, while Tobin's requires a
URL.
