This example appeared recently:
<A HREF="{href}"><xsl:value-of expr="href"/></A> 
Assuming that {...} stays, I would much prefer to use it both inside &
outside of quotes/attribute value, e.g.

<A HREF="{href}">{href}</A>

$0.25,
