2.6.3.2 - while NCName is defined in W3C XML Names both informally as "an
XML Name minus the ":" and formally in the grammar, the abbreviation is not
spelled out there (I agree it shouldn't have to be spelled out in this
document); since it isn't where it belongs yet, could the abbreviation be
spelled out here? I'm guessing it is "Namespace Constrained Name" or
something along those lines.
