Since James Clark extended the set of DSSSL flow objects with ones to allow
SGML transformations, it seems to me that the issue is localised to your use of
xslj - getting it to recognise a third set of flow objects as kosher and
building the extended DSSSL code correctly. Clark gives some examples at:
