Amit,
There is a version of MSXML written in Java which is intended to be a
full validating parser. MSXML in Java is available from
http://www.microsoft.com/workshop/author/xml/parser/
I usually use the Java parser to check my XML documents first against the
DTD before I begin constructing style sheets.
