Have you looked in the Digital Humanities field? There are lots of people publishing Spanish in XML from the literary, linguistic, and historical areas. Someone on the TEI-L mailing list should be able to help.
That's partly my fault. The Spanish translation of the XML FAQ is inaccessible as the translator's web site is dead, and I have not had the time to find a replacement. if you know someone who can volunteer. Peter
