Was anyone else intrigued by this slashdot piece?

Lessons learned and improvements offered?

The line that hit me most was

"YAML is better than XML but, it [expletive deleted] compared to something like HTML

or Markdown (which I can teach to execs and children alike)"

Is this still the XML development list?
