According to the Wikipedia page [1], U+0441 corresponds to the Cyrillic symbol 'c'. Here's the entry in the Wikipedia table:

U+0441 	с 	Cyrillic Small Letter Es

Is the Wikipedia page incorrect?

In addition to U+0441 which isn't a c at all of course there are several
other Unicode characters which _are_ c's U+1D41C for example
(MATHEMATICAL BOLD SMALL C)
