Hi, folks,

Does anyone know of an XML catalogue resolver implementation that 
supports the TR9401 <doctype/> element?

   https://www.oasis-open.org/committees/entity/spec-2001-08-06.html#s.doctype

It is an optional element in XML catalogues, but one I would find very helpful.

I'm using Norm Walsh's xjparse that only supports the mandatory 
constructs.  I would like to continue to use that tool and simply 
supplant the existing resolver with one that supports what I need.
