Is anyone familiar with 'wispr' ?

A friend is doing some work on it and mentioned its xml which is often
malformed, so I asked to see some... this is a 'good' one:

URL: HTTP/1.1 200 OK
Date: Tue, 24 Jan 2012 13:26:12 GMT
Server: Apache
Vary: Accept-Encoding,User-Agent
Content-Length: 594
Keep-Alive: timeout=5, max=100
Connection: Keep-Alive
Content-Type: text/html

<html>
<!--
<?xml version='1.0' encoding='utf-8'?>
<WISPAccessGatewayParam
    xmlns:xsi='http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance'
    xsi:noNamespaceSchemaLocation='http://www.acmewisp.com/WISPAccessGatewayParam.xsd'>
    <Redirect>
    <MessageType>100</MessageType>
    <ResponseCode>0</ResponseCode>
    <AccessProcedure>1.0</AccessProcedure>
    <AccessLocation>Airangel</AccessLocation>
    <LocationName>0</LocationName>
    <LoginURL>https://app1.airangel.com/partners/ipass/gi/?do=login&UI=01fc27&MA=A00BBABBF1C1&PORT=912</LoginURL>
</Redirect>
</WISPAccessGatewayParam>
-->
</html>

I thought it was worth sharing here.
