It doesn't worry me if the specs are complicated, so long as they are 
implementable, and that EXI is faster to generate, transmit, and parse 
than human-readable XML. If EXI achieves those objectives, as is 
claimed, then I think we should welcome it with open arms and adopt it 
much more widely.
