* Support for the xml-model processing instruction for schema association

* In-context editing for XML Schema and XSLT (support for editing a 
module in the context of a main XML Schema or XSLT stylesheet)

* Allow XPath expressions to specify XSLT 2.0 and XQuery transformation 
parameters

* DITA and DocBook to EPUB transformations
