As with all parts in the standard, DSDL specifications (including 
19757-2 RELAX-NG, 19757-3 Schematron and 19757-4 NVDL) are 
layered.  19757-8 CREPDL works alongside W3C Schema in the same way 
that all other DSDL specifications work alongside W3C Schema.

Is that what you meant by "with"?
