-------
Short questions:
-------

1: Can a XPointer point to a #text node?
2: Can I XInclude a #text node?

-------
Long explanation:
-------

Currently I have such anXInclude:

<root xmlns:xi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XInclude">
	<xi:include href="alternate.xml" parse="xml" xpointer="element(/1/1)"/>
</root>

with alternate.xml:

<inside>
 <insideItr>waza</insideItr>
</inside>

and i get this final result:

<root xmlns:xi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XInclude">
  <insideItr xml:base="alternate.xml">waza</insideItr>
</root>

and i would like this result instead:

<root xmlns:xi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XInclude">
  waza
</root>
