I believe it has disappeared. I have a copy and use it regularly (though it
has serious limitations as a benchmark), but I have no idea what the terms
and conditions of use were (no doubt I agreed to them without reading them:
it really ought to be a requirement that such terms and conditions be
included in the download!), and therefore I can't really republish it.
