ok I don't think this is an actual help wanted, thus I think it is a prescription for what should be required for the future. I don't think that will happen with the first one: Translating most schema languages into schema independent prose does not seem doable, because most schemas have less information than is found in prose. If it was doable, by direct translation of the schemas, it would be automatable.
