public-qt-comments is provided for raising formal comments against the W3C
XSLT/XQuery specifications.

www-ql is a W3C list provided for informal discussion and help on XQuery. It
is very little used: 29 messages in the last year.

talk@x... is a privately-run list for discussion and help on XQuery.
There is a modest level of usage, about 20-50 messages a month (which
compares with 600-900 a month on the xsl-list. I wonder why?)
