Not completely. For more then year you can use NVDL to validate document
against both grammar and rule-based schemas at the same time.

Anyway, I'm glad to see xs:assertion in WXS. I have only two concerns:

- xs:assert uses probably too restricted subset of XPath

- Will be WXS 1.1 widely deployed in foreseeable future given the
investments spent by big companies on WXS 1.0 infrastructure?
