The W3C XML Query Working Group has published three documents today that
are at Last Call; this means that the Working Group believes the
documents are ready for a wider review.

They are:
    XQuery Update Facility 1.0
    http://www.w3.org/TR/2007/WD-xquery-update-10-20070828/

    XQuery Update Facility 1.0 Requirements
    http://www.w3.org/TR/2007/WD-xquery-update-10-requirements-20070828/

XQuery Update Facility 1.0 Use Cases
    http://www.w3.org/TR/2007/WD-xquery-update-10-use-cases-20070828/

If you review these documents, please see the "Scope of this Document"
section at the start for a pointer to the W3C Bugzilla system used
for comments. Do not comment on the specs by replying to this
message directly!

If you are implementing the XQuery Update Specification and your
implementation does not appear on http://www.w3.org/XML/Query/
please do contact me directly.

Thanks!
