Hei Fraser, thank you for the answer. Ok, then i have to put the attributes outside of the <xs:sequence>. Must it be always after sequence tag, could i place the attributes before <xs:sequence> too. To me, it is easier to read the xml if i have them before. -Umut On Sun, 2007-05-13 at 10:44 +0100, Fraser Goffin wrote: > Umut, > > something like this should do it :- > > <xs:element name="door"> > <xs:complexType> > <xs:sequence> > <xs:element name="start"> > <xs:complexType> > <xs:attribute name="x" type="xs:integer"/> > <xs:attribute name="y" type="xs:integer"/> > <xs:attribute name="z" type="xs:integer"/> > </xs:complexType> > </xs:element> > <xs:element name="end"> > <xs:complexType> > <xs:attribute name="x" type="xs:integer"/> > <xs:attribute name="y" type="xs:integer"/> > <xs:attribute name="z" type="xs:integer"/> > </xs:complexType> > </xs:element> > </xs:sequence> > <xs:attribute name="width" type="xs:integer"/> > <xs:attribute name="height" type="xs:integer"/> > </xs:complexType> > </xs:element> > > Fraser. > > On 13/05/07, Umut Emin <j.s.bach@o...> wrote: > Hei *, > > I started reading about xml after having found out that it > could > work as a db. > > Now i am writing a scheme to understand the tree structure.
