Looking to convert an XSD to RELAX NG. Kawaguchi of Sun wrote a converter back in aught-two, but all the links I can find point to:

Which redirects to:

http://java.sun.com/xml/

Thought maybe it was now included in the JAXP or JAXB suites, but I can’t find. Maybe keener eyes can spot it?
