The OASIS ebXML Registry 3.0 standard (ISO 15000, part 3,4) defines an
information model and XML Schema binding for file/folder metaphor using
RegistryPackage (folder) and RegistryObject (file) types.
This allows the ebXML Registry/Repository to be analogous to a
filsystem. The folder tree is accessible via HTTP GET. Details are
