Yes, there are many tools available across, even some IDEs like XMLSpy etc also generates the instance document for the given XML-Model(DTD/Schema) document.
I guess Trang also does this.

Subject: XSD to XML, but using XSL

Hi All

Is it possibly to generate a XML file from an XSD schema using XSL/T.

I have attempted this but can't seem to figure out how to dive into (or expand) complexTypes which are referenced from other included/imported XSD files. But thats besides the point.

I am just hoping such an "XSL/T" allready exists.

Thanks,

Carlo
