A bit of googling yields that this has been an ongoing problem sence 
November. I did some telnet-ing to their server as I thought their 
webserver merely detected your webbrowser and did some redirection, but 
no, its actually not there.

Sorry, I guess you'll have to email them.

BTW, rss is really only the preferred method for pure text. I built my 
sites to be able to do atom 1.0 in addition to rss with html escaped. Oh 
well.
