Tools -> AutoCorrect Options -> uncheck "Correct TWo INitial CApitals"

I had the same problem taking notes in the Xlinq ... no I REALLY mean XLinq 
--  meeting today, so I hunted down the fix :-)

Of course, I'm not sure that the typical Word customer would really prefer 
to have a few hundred files of LISP macros that control this kind of thing.  
Word configuration is painful, but emacs configuration is nightmarish to the 
non-cognoscenti, and one thing I really don't miss after having gone over to 
the Dark Side.
