<oXygen/> has a commercial plugin that I like for this - they've added 
XQuery support too. We're usuing their Eclipse plugin  for DataDirect 
XQuery, since a lot of people using XQuery in Java programs seem to be 
using Eclipse. I don't have much experience with any open source plugins 
for this, sorry.
