Microsoft maintains it's own boards.   This is an OASIS list so non-product 
specific in theory. 

There are Microsoft builders and Microsoft employees on this list.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but it seems like a majority of users on this
mailing list use XML on Unix/Linux platforms in the Java language. The
majority of tools I write are for the Windows platform with COM. Is there an
equivalent mailing list like this that I can subscribe to that has more
Microsoft users? Course, my perception could be completely off, and if so, I
apologize.
