I am looking forward to this one. It will include material on
ISO 9126 Software Quality Characteristics, which looks at
how to move from the abstract unmeasurable idea "Quality"
to measurable characteristics.  Much of the seminar is practical,
looking at the most common quality issues and how they may
measured  and addressed.
