I would like to announce a few items that should be of interest to
people into XML pipelines (AKA XML processing models):

o We have published a draft specification of XPL, the XML Pipeline
   Language, here:

o There is a new mailing-list dedicated to XPL, ops-xpl, hosted at
   ObjectWeb:
