Absolutely. The problem in your case appears to be that the entity which 
the CGI script returns is not in fact a well-formed XML document. 
There's nothing fundamentally wrong with GETting a CGI from an XML 
parse. It's just another resource. XML doesn't care how it's retrieved 
or served.
