PsychoPath version 0.1 has just been released. It is available at:
http://psychopath.sourceforge.net

It is a Java implementation of a Schema Aware XPath 2.0 processor. A large
amount of the specification has been implemented, tested and is probably usable.
However, efficiency and performance has not been adressed yet.
