I've had similar problems myself, but that was 2 years ago, I think.
For help it's probably best to email Jack Park (google to find his
email, or ask me offlist).

However, there are a lot of topic map tools out there, and I'm not at
all sure that Nexist is necessarily the thing most useful to you.
Maybe if you say a bit more about what you are looking for I can try
to recommend something?
