I'm announcing the release of TagSoup 1.0rc1, the first release candidate
for TagSoup 1.0.  TagSoup is a SAX parser written in Java that accepts
ugly, nasty HTML and produces well-formed SAX events (or XML output).

Please send bug reports to cowan@c....  I hope to get TagSoup 1.0
released soon.  Anyone interested in publicizing TagSoup should also
contact me at cowan@c....
