The SOAP/BEEP binding would be great for streaming in SOAP with 
attachments.  Imagine effeciciently receiving several multi-media 
attachments over the same TCP link after an initial XML/SOAP payload.
The major thing that's missing is a URN scheme for beep channels, so 
that the SOAP message can refer to them.  I promised Marshall I'd write 
that several months ago. :(
