And those cost us a LOT of money and they 
keep us from sharing information effectively.  Sometimes I want 
to put all of our consumers in front of the taxpayers 
and ask precisely why we have to keep on supporting 
97 ways to name a location.  Jesus, you'd think 
standardization was herpes.

Read the first fifty pages of the 9/11 Commission report 
and see if you don't get angry too.
