• Subject: rddl with xsv, does rddl purpose allow multiple schemas for namespace?

It seems that XSV when it gets a rddl document it finds the first declared xml
schema and uses that to validate, ignoring further schemas, is this as per the
specification, that is to say, is one only allowed to have one instance of each
purpose?
