I am sorry if I upset anyone. I had personal matters that prevented me from
working on it. I am working on Piccolo again and want to get it as compliant
as possible. I believe the code is maintainable, so if there are experienced
folks out there that want to help (especially with supporting XML 1.1,
moving to a supported YACC-like engine or moving to JFlex 1.4), I'd be happy
to add them as developers.

Otherwise, watch for another release soon to fix more odds and ends.

Congratulations on getting this out. I was impressed with Piccolo when I
tried it, but never used it in anger because it seemed to be unsupported.
You responded to my four bug reports two years to the day after I raised
them: better late than never, and it's nice to know we will still have some
choice of XML parsers in the Java world.
