A new working draft of STX, a streaming cousin of XSLT, has been 
published on http://stx.sourceforge.net.

The new form of the language is much closer to the XPath2/XSLT2 family, 
avoiding all unnecessary differences from these languages (but still 
avoiding XML Schema typing, on the other hand).
