Just uploaded an Ant task for XML Inclusions to SF [1]. It is available
under GPL/LGPL and uses Apache Xerces or Elliotte Rusty Harold's XOM
(based on user's choice).

Please note that if you want to use the 13 April 2004 CR namespace
you'll need CVS versions of Xerces.

This is just an alpha so any bug reports, suggestions and the like would
be very much appreciated. Hope some folks out there will find it a
usefull addition to their build toolbox.
