Well perhaps I could have come up with a more authoritative reference, 
but I am still on my first cup of coffee and it seemed to answer your 
question.

The page is from a US business -- I don't understand why you would have 
a problem with it...

What is the issue? Are you worried because they did not discuss *.za ?
