I'm pleased to announce the release of 1060 NetKernel Standard Edition
v1.2.0

1060 NetKernel Standard Edition is an XML Application Server hosted on
the 1060 NetKernel REST microkernel.  The XML Application Server
provides a broad set of standard XML technologies as a set of URI
addressable services.  Services may be composed into applications,
pipeline processes or higher-level services using a choice of
declarative runtimes.

This release provides comprehensive new documentation which is
structured to progress from introductions to the NetKernel Abstraction
through to developer guides and low-level class library references.  

Other features are a new HTTP transport architecture, faster hot and
cold restart and improvements to Win32 support.

NetKernel is available for download from http://www.1060.org
