isn't a flame fest so far. It is circling around requirements on
one
part, and a bit of product pushing on the other. So far, it isn't
circling requirements or comments on existing WG documents.
Are
there requirements to discuss?

discussion we have been having to happen right here, on xml-dev:
"The
goal of this list is *not* to become a
flame-fest on this permathread -- xml-dev remains the dedicated place for that
-- but rather to allow the community to feedback on documents produced by the
WG, and to discuss items related to the optimised XML with the group. "
