Howdy, I'm happy to announce the Typekit Framwork: http://typekit.org/ A quick intro: The goal of the project is to develop a way to describe XML-enabling resources like schemas, XSL, XForms, etc. in a general way. When someone authors a resource, publishing an accompanying typekit descriptor includes the resource in a public directory of resources that can be queried by applications. On the site, there's a implementation of a typekit server with a REST interface, a draft of the spec, a typekit descriptor validator, a mailing list, and a web-based browser of data in the resource map. The project should be considered an experiment at this stage. Anyone can try anything they want to with it. The spec is subject to change at any time. I think a little bit of ordered chaos will help show the strengths and weaknesses of the approach, and hopefully foster discussion about the best way to design the next version. Feel free to join the mailing list or deploy a descriptor. Thanks, Eric
