The zipfile for sax2r3 on SourceForge was messed up so that source code and 
javadoc were mixed together.  I've fixed that and replaced the zip file on 
SourceForge (same release, same file name, different file).  I recommend 
that everyone wait until tomorrow for the fixed file to propagate to the 
mirrors, then download the replacement.

You can verify that you have the right file by looking for a docs/javadoc 
directory containing all of the JavaDoc documentation.
