A second prerelease of sax2r3 is now available from the project's 
SourceForge download page:

   http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=29449

Changes from the first prerelease are cosmetic, mostly related to cleaning 
up JavaDoc inconsistencies.  Barring any show-stopping problems, this will 
be promoted to a full release tomorrow or Wednesday -- please take a moment 
to look it over for any obvious screw-ups.
