The SAX dot NET project on SourceForge has the
goal of porting the SAX2 API to C#/.NET:

A release 0.9 (beta) can be downloaded from:
http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=95340 .

What's mostly untested is the helper classes.
The rest has already undergone usability testing
in the form of implementing an adapter for Expat.
