First find out which software is crashing. Is it FOP, or is it your XSLT
processor (which XSLT processor?), or is it XML Spy?

Then raise the question on the appropriate forum for that product, or
failing that on the xsl-list at mulberrytech.com. Supply some kind of
diagnostics, e.g. the top of the stack trace, if you want anyone to
recognize the problem.
