Since the data names may be related ontologically, you might 
make the outer ontology your first 3D coordinate system within 
the world coordinate system, and nest or recurse accordingly.

Now, is it stable or chaotic?  Is it fractal? 
What are the strange attractors?

We can visualize the information ecosystems of the information 
spaces using X3D.  I don't think this works with SVG, but I'm 
happy to be proven wrong.

I believe the y dimension assumption breaks down in a service-oriented
architecture, in which operations are shared among multiple service
consumers. But my statement may/may not be contadicted by the rest of
your post.
